General Questions
1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 250 pcs of a similar design.
2. Can I split my order of 250pcs into 2 designs?
We cannot split the 2 designs to produce 125 pcs of each design. We will manufacture 250 pcs of each design.
3. What are the accepted file formats?
We currently accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)
4. Can you send a few samples to try?
We can send you a few assorted samples to try free of cost. Let us know in the message section when you ask for a quote.
Shipping and Orders
1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 10 business working days.
2. What is your payment method?
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order let us know your favoured method of payment and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are your registered vendor in Gebiz?
Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.
