1. What types of custom stickers do you offer?

We offer six sticker types — Die Cut Stickers, Kiss Cut Stickers, Circle Stickers, Square Stickers, Rectangle Stickers, and Transparent Stickers. Each type serves a different purpose depending on your design shape, application, and end use.

2. What is the difference between die cut and kiss cut stickers?

Die cut stickers are cut all the way through both the sticker and the backing paper, following the exact shape of your design. This gives a clean, professional finish with no excess border. Kiss cut stickers are cut through the sticker layer only, leaving the backing paper intact — making them easier to peel and ideal for sticker sheets with multiple designs.

3. What is the difference between vinyl stickers and paper stickers?

Vinyl stickers are made from a durable plastic-based material that is water-resistant, UV-resistant, and built to last — making them ideal for outdoor use, product labels, and surfaces exposed to moisture or sunlight. Paper stickers are more economical and suitable for short-term indoor use such as labels, packaging inserts, or event handouts. Our sticker printing uses premium vinyl material as the default for its superior durability and print quality.

Yes, we do. Mirrorkote stickers are one of the most popular paper sticker options in Singapore and we offer custom sticker printing on Mirrorkote. They have a smooth, glossy surface that makes colours appear vivid and sharp — a great choice for product labels, packaging stickers, and promotional giveaways where a premium printed look is important.

5. What is the difference between vinyl stickers and Mirrorkote stickers?

The main difference is the material and intended use. Vinyl stickers are made from a durable plastic-based film that is water-resistant and UV-resistant, making them ideal for outdoor use, surfaces exposed to moisture, or long-term applications. Mirrorkote stickers are a high-gloss paper-based option — they produce excellent print quality with vivid colours and a shiny finish, but are better suited for indoor use such as product labels, packaging, and short to medium-term applications. 8. What are laptop stickers? Do you offer removable glue stickers for laptops?

Laptop stickers are custom stickers designed to be applied onto the surface of laptops as a form of personalisation or branding. One of the most common concerns with laptop stickers is the adhesive — permanent glue can be very difficult to remove and often leaves behind a sticky residue that damages the laptop surface. If you need custom stickers for laptops, we offer a removable glue option that adheres cleanly to the surface but can be peeled off easily without leaving any residue. Simply mention this requirement when requesting a quote and we will produce your stickers with the appropriate adhesive.

Design

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, and .EPS files with a minimum of 300 DPI.

2. I need help with my design. Can you help?

Yes! Our in-house designers can help you create or refine your artwork. When requesting a quote, just describe your design requirements in the message box and we'll take it from there.

3. Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We can send you a few assorted sticker samples free of charge so you can assess the quality before committing to a full order. Simply mention this in the message section when requesting a quote.

Orders & Minimum Quantity

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 250 pieces per identical design.

2. Can I split my order of 250 pieces across 2 designs?

We cannot split 2 designs to produce 125 pieces of each. We will manufacture 250 pieces of each design separately.

Shipping & Payment

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proof, our turnaround time is 2 to 2.5 weeks. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

2. What are your payment methods?

We accept payment via Local Bank Transfer, PayNow, Debit/Credit Card, and PayPal. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred method and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are you a registered vendor on GeBIZ?

Yes, we are registered on GeBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GeBIZ portal.
