Snapback Caps
Popular as a part of urban streetwear, a snapback has a flat brim and an adjustable strap for closure which snaps together. It has a pre-shaped, hard front panel, which gives it a high-dome and makes a custom design very visible.
Trucker Caps
Trucker caps have panels crafted from plastic mesh. This wide, open mesh makes the cap more breathable and ideal for hot weather, sports headwear and outdoor activities. Some trucker caps also come with a foam front, which acts as a sweat guard.
Dad Caps
Very much in vogue, a dad cap is an unstructured, six-panel, low-profile cap which has a pre-curved brim and a soft crown. It is usuallly made from soft, washed cotton blend, has an adjustable closure and is very comfortable to wear.

We offer colorful kids’ custom caps in three sizes-small, medium and large.
5-Panel Caps
A 5-panel cap is constructed out of 5 panels, is comfortable to wear, has a shallow crown with an adjustable backstrap, and has a casual vibe. On a 5-panel cap, there is a single panel of fabric which is folded to match the rest of the cap. Your logo or embroidered design will look great on it.

3D Embroidery
Make your brand logo pop out with 3D Embroidery. We use an underlying foam material while sewing to raise the design from the surface and create a 3D effect.

2D Embroidery is a popular embellishment option where the decorative stitch is applied directly to your cap fabric creating a flat design.

Sublimate Print
Using sublimation process, a deep print of your design is transferred onto the cap’s fabric with heat transfer. You can get caps with complex designs and vibrant colors that last long.
Velcro
The wearer can adjust the size of the cap by fastening the velcro strip at the the back of the cap.

Wearer of the cap can adjust the size of the cap by moving a metal buckle across a fabric strip.
Snapback
With snapback closure, wearer can close the back of a cap and adjust the size by pressing 2 strips of plastic together, one lined with raised nubs, the other with holes to fit the nubs.

Product & Style
1. What styles of custom caps do you offer?
We offer five cap styles. Snapback Caps have a flat brim, hard front panel, and adjustable snap closure — popular for streetwear and urban branding. Trucker Caps feature mesh panels at the back for breathability — ideal for outdoor activities, sports events, and hot weather. Dad Caps are unstructured, low-profile caps with a curved brim and soft crown — comfortable, casual, and very on-trend for corporate and lifestyle branding. 5-Panel Caps are constructed from five fabric panels with a shallow crown and casual vibe — great for displaying large logos or detailed embroidery. Kids Caps are available — in colourful options perfect for school and kids' events.
2. Do you offer custom bucket hats?
Yes. Bucket hats can be produced with your logo and custom design. They are a popular choice for outdoor events, festivals, and brand activations. Please mention your requirements when requesting a quote and our team will advise on available options.
3. What printing and customisation methods are available?
We offer four options. 3D Embroidery uses a foam layer to raise the stitched design off the surface for a premium, dimensional look — best for simple, bold logos. 2D Embroidery stitches the design flat onto the fabric — ideal for complex, multi-coloured logos. Sublimation Printing transfers a vibrant full-colour print onto the cap fabric — great for all-over and detailed designs. DTF (Direct to Film) Printing transfers full-colour artwork from a film onto the cap. Woven or embroidered patches can also be sewn onto the cap for a premium finish.
4. What back closure options are available?
We offer two closure types. Snapback Closure uses two strips of plastic with raised nubs and holes that press together — easy to adjust and very secure. Sliding Buckle (Strapback) uses a metal buckle across a fabric or leather strap for a more classic, adjustable fit. Velcro closure is also available on select styles.
5. What is the difference between 5-panel, 6-panel, and 7-panel caps?
Panels refer to the pieces of fabric sewn together to form the crown of the cap. 5-panel caps use a single front panel folded into shape — ideal for large logos or detailed embroidery without a centre seam. 6-panel caps are the most common style, with six triangular panels sewn together and a seam running down the centre front — clean and rounded. 7-panel caps have three front panels (two triangles above a large central panel), giving a retro look that works well with leather or woven patches.
6. What materials are custom caps made from?
Custom caps can be made from cotton, cotton blend, spandex, canvas, jersey mesh, acrylic blends, and moisture-wicking fabrics depending on your requirements. All fabrics are reactive dyed to prevent colour bleeding.
7. What sizes do you offer?
We make caps ranging from 55 to 60 cm for adults and 48 to 55 cm for children. If you have a custom size requirement, please let us know when requesting a quote.
Design
1. What are the accepted file formats?
We accept .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, and .EPS files with a minimum of 300 DPI.
2. I need help with my design. Can you help?
Yes! Our in-house designers can help you create or refine your artwork. When requesting a quote, just describe your design requirements in the message box and we'll take it from there.
Orders & Minimum Quantity
1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per identical cap design.
2. Can I split my order of 50 pieces across 2 designs?
We cannot split 2 designs to produce 25 pieces of each. We will manufacture 50 pieces of each design separately.
Shipping & Payment
1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proof, our turnaround time is 2 to 2.5 weeks. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
2. What are your payment methods?
We accept payment via Local Bank Transfer, PayNow, Debit/Credit Card, and PayPal. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred method and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are you a registered vendor on GeBIZ?
Yes, we are registered on GeBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GeBIZ portal.
