1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces of identical design.
2. Can I split my order of 1000 pcs into 2 designs/types?
We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both types to produce 1000 pcs. We will manufacture 1000 pcs of each design of each type.
Shipping and Orders
1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3.5-4 weeks.
2. What is your payment method?
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are you a registered vendor in GEBIZ?
We are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

1. What are the accepted file formats?
We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi).

About the Product
1. What are the other popular sizes of the scratch art?
Commonly used size are 405*285mm, 200*150mm, 210*297mm, or you can customize the size as per your need.
2. Is the black coating material safe for small children?
Yes, it is safe for children. It is water-based ink made up of non-toxic material with no strange tastes.
3. What is the material of the stylus?
The stylus is made up of bamboo wood.
4. Any other options available for the stylus?
Yes, we also have scratch pens and scrappers as the options for stylus but the price would be higher.
5. How to identify the design?
Every set includes a DIY scratch paper and a stylus. The pattern itself has a clear outline, so you can correctly identify the area to be scraped out, making it easy to complete the picture.
6. How are they packed?
Each scratch card is packed in an OPP bag. Let us know if you need any custom packaging.
