1. What sizes are available?

We offer three standard sizes — 3.5 x 3.5 x 3.5 cm (small), 5.7 x 5.7 x 5.7 cm (standard, most popular), and 7 x 7 x 7 cm (large). Custom sizes are also available. Please mention your preferred size when requesting a quote.

2. What matrix options are available?

We offer two matrix types — 2x2 and 3x3. The 3x3 is the classic puzzle cube format and our most popular option. The 2x2 is simpler and great for younger audiences or branded giveaways where ease of use matters.

3. How can I customise the design on the cube?

Each of the six faces of the cube can be fully customised with your artwork. You can print your logo, brand colours, campaign artwork, or any custom design on each face. You can also choose to have some faces in solid colours while customising others — giving you full creative flexibility. Printing options include 1-colour, 2-colour, 3-colour, and full-colour printing.

4. What packaging options are available?

We offer four packaging options — OPP Bag (default, free), Shrink Sleeve Packaging, White Box Packaging, and Custom Box Packaging. Custom box packaging is a great option if you want to elevate the unboxing experience for premium gifting or trade show swag.

Design

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, and .EPS files with a minimum of 300 DPI.

2. I need help with my design. Can you help?

Yes! Our in-house designers can help you create or refine your artwork. When requesting a quote, just describe your design requirements in the message box and we'll take it from there.

Orders & Minimum Quantity

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 500 pieces per identical puzzle cube design.

2. Can I split my order of 500 pieces across 2 designs?

We cannot split 2 designs to produce 250 pieces of each. We will manufacture 500 pieces of each design separately.

Shipping & Payment

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proof, our turnaround time is 3 to 3.5 weeks. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

2. What are your payment methods?

We accept payment via Local Bank Transfer, PayNow, Debit/Credit Card, and PayPal. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred method and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are you a registered vendor on GeBIZ?

Yes, we are registered on GeBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GeBIZ portal.
