Die Struck 2D Medal
Die Struck Medals have a premium metallic look and can incorporate intricate design details. To create a die-struck medal, a flat metal is stamped with a design-imprinted die and plated with different metallic finish options. A die struck medal does not have coloured enamel fill.

Hard or Soft Enamel Medal
Hard enamel medals are created by pouring enamel several times in the recessed areas of the metal and heated at very high temperatures. These are high-quality, premium looking medals with a smooth finish.
Soft enamel medals are created by adding the enamel only once in the recessed areas of the metal and then baked hard. This gives them a textured feel.
These are great as giveaways during marathons, school events and other competitive events.

Hard or Soft Enamel Medals feature coloured enamel fills for a vibrant, decorative finish — great for marathons, school events, and competitive giveaways. 3D Medals have a raised beveled effect that adds depth and dimension to your design, ideal for more elaborate and impactful award pieces.
2. What metal finish options are available?
We offer a wide range of metal finishes — Gold, Silver, Black Nickel, Black Dye, Rose Gold, Rainbow, Antique Copper, and Antique Brass. The right finish depends on the tone and occasion of your event.
3. What lanyard sizes are available?
We offer four lanyard widths — 0.75", 1", 1.5", and 1.75". The size you choose will depend on your design and the overall look you want for your custom medal.
Design
1. What are the accepted file formats?
We accept .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, and .EPS files with a minimum of 300 DPI.
2. Can I customise the medal with my logo and artwork?
Yes. All our custom medals are made to your specifications. You can incorporate your logo, event name, brand colours, and any artwork into the design. We will send you a digital proof for approval before production begins.
3. I need help with my design. Can you help?
Yes! Our in-house designers can help you create or refine your artwork. When requesting a quote, just describe your design requirements in the message box and we'll take it from there.
Orders & Minimum Quantity
1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per identical medal design.
2. Can I split my order of 100 pieces into 2 designs?
We cannot split 2 designs to produce 50 pieces of each. We will manufacture 100 pieces of each design separately.
Shipping & Payment
1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proof, our turnaround time is 2.5 to 3 weeks. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
2. What are your payment methods?
We accept payment via Local Bank Transfer, PayNow, Debit/Credit Card, and PayPal. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred method and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are you a registered vendor on GeBIZ?
Yes, we are registered on GeBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GeBIZ portal.
