Card Size

We offer 2 card sizes that you can pick from:

Size 2.25" W by 3.5" H: This size is ideal for playing Bridge. 

Size 2.5” W by 3.5" H: This size is perfect for playing Poker games. 

Card Pips

We offer customization in your brand logo, custom design and custom fonts for pips (the symbols on the cards that denote its suit-hearts, spades, diamonds, clubs and numeric value).

General Questions

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 250 decks of identical design. 

2. Can I split my order of 250 decks into 2 designs?

We cannot split the 2 designs to produce 125 decks of each design. We will manufacture 250 decks of each design.

Packaging

1. What packaging options do you offer for custom playing cards?

Your playing card decks will be packaged in custom tuck boxes and cellophane shrink-wrapped. 

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 18 days. If you need rush delivery, do let us know.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are you a registered vendor in Gebiz?

Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

Design

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi). Set colors up to CMYK or spot colors according to the final product. Please indicate PMS colors clearly. 

2. I need help with my design. Can you help?
