General Questions

1. What can I customise on my playing card deck?

Pretty much everything. From the card faces and backs to the pips (the suit symbols and numbers), you can apply your own artwork, logo, brand colours, and custom fonts. The tuck box that houses the deck is fully customisable too — making each custom card deck a complete branded experience from the outside in.

2. What sizes are available?

We offer two standard sizes:

• 2.25" x 3.5" — the Bridge card size, slightly narrower and ideal for card games that require quick handling

• 2.5" x 3.5" — the Poker card size, the most common format and the one most people are familiar with

3. What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order is 250 decks per identical design. If you need two different designs, each requires its own minimum of 250 decks — we're unable to split quantities across multiple designs.

4. What are custom playing card decks commonly used for?

They're a surprisingly versatile promotional product. Clients have used them for brand promotions, trade show giveaways, corporate client gifts, NFT collectibles, and event merchandise. A well-designed deck gets kept and used — great for long-term brand visibility.

Design

1. I want to create custom design playing cards. Do I need to send a complete deck layout?

Not at all. We'll provide you with a design template that covers all the card faces, backs, and tuck box — so you know exactly what to fill in and how to set up your artwork. If you'd prefer to have our in-house designers handle the full deck design for you, that's available as an add-on service. Just let us know when you request a quote.

2. What file formats do you accept? We accept .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, and .EPS files at a minimum of 300 dpi. Please set your colours to CMYK or spot colours, and indicate any PMS colours clearly in your file so we can match them accurately.

3. Can I customise the poker card pips with my own logo or design? Yes! The pips — the suit symbols (hearts, spades, diamonds, clubs) and numeric values — can be customised with your brand logo, custom icons, or unique fonts. This is one of the details that makes a custom poker card deck truly stand out.

Packaging

1. How are the playing card decks packaged?

Each custom playing card deck comes packaged in a fully customised tuck box, then cellophane shrink-wrapped for a clean, retail-ready finish. The tuck box can feature your brand colours, logo, and custom artwork — so the unboxing experience matches the quality of the cards inside.

2. Can I use the tuck box for promotional playing cards?

Absolutely. The tuck box is one of the best surfaces for branding. Whether you're producing promotional playing cards for a campaign, event, or client gift, the box is prime real estate for your message, QR code, social handles, or any other brand elements.

Orders & Delivery

1. What is the turnaround time?

Standard production takes 18 days after your design proof is confirmed. If you have a deadline to hit, let us know upfront — rush delivery options may be available.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit card, credit card, PayPal, and direct bank transfer from local Singapore banks. Once your order is confirmed, just let us know your preferred payment method and we'll send over the details.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Please contact us for international shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines to your location.

4. Are you a registered GeBIZ vendor?

Yes, we are registered on GeBIZ and can issue e-invoices through the portal — making it straightforward for government bodies and public sector organisations to order custom made playing cards through official procurement channels.
