1. What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 500 pairs of identical design.
2. Can I split my order of 500 pairs into 2 designs?
We cannot split 2 designs or mix both types to produce 500 pairs. We will manufacture 500 pairs of each design.

1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm the order and your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3.5-4 weeks.
2. What is your payment method?
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are you a registered vendor in GEBIZ?
We are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

About the Product
1. What is the material?
The material is LDPE material.
2. What are the available sizes of the cheering sticks?
The cheering sticks come in three sizes: 23cmX13cm, 28cmX11cm and 60cmX10cm.
3. Can I customize the size of the cheering sticks?
Yes, you can customize the size of the cheering sticks according to your needs. The minimum order quantity will increase.
4. Can I customize the base color of the cheering sticks?
Yes, the base color can be customized as per your brand color
5. What items are included in a single packet?
A single packet includes 1 pair of cheering sticks and a straw.
6. How to use it?
Open the packet, then open the outer flap. Insert the straw into the inner tube and blow the air into the straw. Take out the straw when the sticks are inflated. Now the cheering sticks are ready to use.
7. How are they packed?
Each cheering stick is packed in an OPP bag. Let us know if you need any custom packaging.
