1. What types of custom keychains do you offer?

We offer four types — Hard/Soft Enamel, Embroidered, Die Struck, and PVC keychains. Each has its own unique look and finish, so you can pick the best option for your brand, event, or budget.

2. What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per design. If you need two different designs, each requires its own minimum of 100 pieces — we're unable to split quantities across multiple designs.

3. Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes, please contact us to check sample availability. We always recommend approving a sample first to ensure the quality and finish meet your expectations before bulk production begins.

Design

1. What file formats do you accept?

We accept .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, and .EPS files at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi for the best print quality.

2. I don't have a design file. Can you help?

Absolutely. Our in-house designers can create or refine your artwork from scratch — just share your logo, idea, or inspiration and we'll take it from there.

3. Can you handle intricate and detailed designs?

Yes. We produce offset printed keychains that deliver full-colour, detailed artwork with a thin clear protective coat — great for complex logos and fine designs.

4. What shapes and sizes are available?

Keychains can be cut to any custom shape. Sizes range from 0.75" x 0.75" to 4" x 4".

5. What plating and finish options are available?

We offer gold, silver, antique brass, and other finishes depending on the keychain type. Contact us for the full list of options.

Product & Customisation

1. Can you add my logo on the back of the keychain?

Yes, we can laser-etch your logo on the back for a clean, professional finish.

2. Can I get backing cards for my keychains?

Yes. We can manufacture backing cards to make your keychains stand out — ideal for retail or gifting. Backing cards are charged separately.

3. Do you make leather keychains?

Yes, we produce sublimated PU leather keychains in custom shapes and sizes — a premium option for corporate gifts.

4. Can I get 3D designs on my keychain?

Yes. Our custom PVC keychains are made using layered moulds, making them perfect for bold 3D designs. They're also soft, flexible, waterproof, and durable.

Orders & Delivery

1. What is the turnaround time?

Standard production takes approximately 2–2.5 weeks after your design proof is confirmed. Timelines may vary based on order size and complexity — reach out if you have a tight deadline.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit card, credit card, PayPal, and direct bank transfer from local Singapore banks. We'll send payment details once your order is confirmed.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Please contact us for shipping rates and delivery timelines to your location.

4. Are you a registered GeBIZ vendor?

Yes, we are registered on GeBIZ and can issue e-invoices through the portal for government and public sector orders.
