1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 100 pcs of identical keychain design.
2. Can I split my order of 100pcs into 2 designs?
We cannot split the 2 designs to produce 50 pcs of each design. We will manufacture 100 pcs of each design.
Shipping and Orders
1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 2
2. What is your payment method?
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order let us know your favoured method of payment and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are your registered vendor in Gebiz?
Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.
Design
1. What are the accepted file formats?
We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)
2. I need help with my design. Can you help?
Our in-house designers can help you design your custom cap so that you get fabulous-looking keychains.
3. Will you be able to create keychains with intricate and detailed designs?
Yes, we can make offset printed keychains for you which will give you full-color, flat keychains with a thin, clear protective coat.

1. Can you print my logo on the back of the keychain?
Yes, we can print laser-etched logos on the back of your keychain.
2. What are the sizes and shapes that are available for custom keychains?
We make custom keychains in full color and they can be cut to any shape that you desire. Our keychains sizes range from 0.75" x 0.75" to 4" x 4".
3. Can I get backing cards for my keychains?
Yes, we can help you design exciting backing cards to help your keychains pop out even more. Backing cards are charged additionally.
4. Do you make sublimated leather keychains?
Yes! We make sublimated leather keychains with temperature-resistant PU leather in custom shapes and sizes.
