We offer two types — Manual and Automatic. Manual umbrellas are budget-friendly and straightforward. Automatic umbrellas open and close with a single button press, making them a more premium and convenient option — ideal for corporate gifting. Both types are available in 19" (compact, suited for kids and teenagers) and 21" (standard adult size, most popular for corporate and promotional use).

2. Do you offer custom golf umbrellas?

Yes. A custom golf umbrella is one of our most requested styles, particularly for golf tournaments, sponsorship activations, and premium corporate gifting. Golf umbrellas have a larger canopy that provides significantly more branding space and visibility. If you are looking for a branded umbrella that makes a strong impression, the golf umbrella is an excellent choice. Please mention your requirements when requesting a quote and we will advise on the best options.

3. What printing methods do you offer?

We offer two printing methods. Silk Screen printing is cost-effective and ideal for single to dual colour logos printed in one area, producing crisp, long-lasting results. CMYK printing supports all-over, full-colour, and complex designs — ideal for brands that want the entire canopy printed with artwork or multi-colour branding.

4. Can I print on the inside of the umbrella?

Yes, the design can be printed on the inside of the umbrella as well — a unique and premium touch that makes a great impression when the umbrella is opened.

Quality & Common Concerns

1. I have received cheap promotional umbrellas before that broke quickly. How is yours different?

This is one of the most common concerns when ordering branded umbrellas, and a fair one. Cheap umbrellas with flimsy frames and low-quality fabric break easily in wind and reflect poorly on the brand attached to them. Our umbrellas are made with quality frames and durable fabric. We offer 190T Pongee as our standard material and also offer 210T for a thicker, sturdier feel. If you are ordering for corporate gifting or premium clients, we strongly recommend opting for the Automatic style with a higher material thickness — the umbrella becomes something the recipient actually keeps and uses, rather than discards.

2. I am worried the logo print will fade quickly. How durable is the print?

Another very valid concern. Poor-quality inks on cheap umbrellas do crack, fade, or peel — which damages brand perception. Our Silk Screen printing produces crisp, long-lasting prints that hold up well against repeated use. For complex, all-over designs, our CMYK print method delivers vibrant and durable results. We use quality inks suited for outdoor use. We will also send you a digital proof before production, so you can review logo size, placement, and colour accuracy before anything is manufactured.

3. Will the logo be visible when the umbrella is open?

Yes, and this is something we pay careful attention to. A common issue with cheaper suppliers is that logos are placed too close to the centre hub where they become hidden when the umbrella opens. We ensure proper logo placement on the panels so your branding is clearly visible when the umbrella is in use. We will share a detailed proof for your approval before production begins.

4. Will the umbrella hold up in strong wind?

Our umbrellas are built to withstand regular outdoor use. If you are ordering for a location or event where wind is a concern, we recommend the Automatic style with a quality frame. We can also advise on suitable material and construction options when you request a quote — just let us know your use case.

Customisation

1. What materials are available?

Our standard umbrellas are made with 190T Pongee material. You can upgrade to a thicker 210T fabric for a more premium feel, or choose from Polyester, Teflon, and Nylon depending on your requirements.

2. Can I customise the colour of the umbrella canopy?
Yes. We can match the umbrella canopy colour to your brand. Simply provide your Pantone code and we will find the closest match. This is particularly useful for custom corporate umbrellas where brand consistency is important.

3. What else can be customised on the umbrella?

The umbrella is fully customisable beyond the canopy print. You can customise the handle, framework, number of panels, and tips. Minimum order quantities may vary depending on the complexity of customisation. Please describe your requirements in the message box when requesting a quote.

4. Do you offer UV-protective umbrellas?

Yes, we offer umbrellas with UV protection. Please mention this requirement when requesting a quote and our team will assist you.

5. Do you make kids' umbrellas?

Yes. Our 19" size is compact and lightweight, making it well suited for children and teenagers.

Design

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, and .EPS files with a minimum of 300 DPI.

2. I need help with my design. Can you help?

Yes! Our in-house designers can help you create or refine your artwork. When requesting a quote, just describe your design requirements in the message box and we'll take it from there.

Orders & Minimum Quantity

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces for Silk Screen printing and 500 pieces for CMYK all-over printing, per identical design.

2. Can I split my order across 2 designs or types?

We cannot mix designs or types to meet the minimum. Each design and each umbrella type requires its own minimum order quantity.

Shipping & Payment

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proof, our turnaround time is 2.5 to 3 weeks. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

2. What are your payment methods?

We accept payment via Local Bank Transfer, PayNow, Debit/Credit Card, and PayPal. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred method and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are you a registered vendor on GeBIZ?

Yes, we are registered on GeBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GeBIZ portal.
