General Questions
1. What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity for enamel pins is 100 pcs for identical backpack designs.
2. Can I split my order of 100pcs into 2 designs?
We cannot split the 2 designs to produce 50 pcs of each design. We will manufacture 100 pcs of each design.
Shipping and Orders
1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3 to 3.5 weeks.
2. What is your payment method?
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, and Stripe. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.
Design
1. What are the accepted file formats?
We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)
2. I am not sure if my design can be printed as a drawstring backpack. Can you guys help?

About Drawstring Backpacks
1. What material are the custom backpacks made of?
We offer custom backpacks in nylon and polyester material.
Nylon backpacks are stain-resistant, have a tighter weave, and can withstand water.
Polyester backpacks are lightweight, durable, fade-resistant, and resists puckering and stains.
2. How to clean custom drawstring backpacks?
We recommend machine or hand wash in cold water for custom drawstring backpacks.
If using a machine, place your backpack in a bag with zipper closure to prevent the drawstrings from getting caught around other clothing.
