1. What styles of custom coins do you offer?
We offer three styles. Die Struck / No Color coins highlight the pure metallic look and texture of the coin — ideal for a classic, refined finish. Soft or Hard Enamel coins feature coloured enamel fills for a vibrant, decorative result. Hard enamel is polished smooth for a premium jewellery-like finish, while soft enamel has a slightly raised, textured feel. 3D coins feature a raised beveled texture that adds depth and a luxurious feel — perfect for your most important giveaways and presentations.
2. What metal plating options are available?
We offer a wide range of plating finishes — Gold, Silver, Black Nickel, Black Dye, Rose Gold, Rainbow/Anodised, Antique Copper, and Antique Brass. The right finish depends on the tone of your event or the brand image you want to convey.
3. Can I customise the edge of the coin?
Yes. The coin edge is fully customisable and is a great way to add an extra layer of detail to your design. Available edge styles include Smooth, Flat Wave, Grid, Scale, Curve Wave, Petal, Diamond Line, and Oblique Line.
4. What packaging options are available for the coins?
We offer five packaging options. Ziploc Bag is our free packaging option — a clear plastic pouch with a ziploc seal. Velvet Pouch places each coin in a soft drawstring velvet pouch for a premium feel. Velvet Box encases the coin in a luxe velvet jewellery box for an exclusive presentation. Acrylic Box is a clear see-through case with optional velvet lining in different colours. Coin Capsule is a clear plastic capsule ideal for event swag and giveaways.
Design
1. What are the accepted file formats?
We accept .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, and .EPS files with a minimum of 300 DPI.
2. I need help with my design. Can you help?
Yes! Our in-house designers can help you create or refine your artwork. When requesting a quote, just describe your design requirements in the message box and we'll take it from there.
Orders & Minimum Quantity
1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per identical coin design.
2. Can I split my order of 100 pieces across 2 designs?
We cannot split 2 designs to produce 50 pieces of each. We will manufacture 100 pieces of each design separately.
Shipping & Payment
1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proof, our turnaround time is 2.5 to 3 weeks. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
2. What are your payment methods?
We accept payment via Local Bank Transfer, PayNow, Debit/Credit Card, and PayPal. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred method and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are you a registered vendor on GeBIZ?
Yes, we are registered on GeBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GeBIZ portal.
