General Questions
1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity for an identical custom mug design is 100 pcs.
2. Can I split my order of 100 pcs into 2 designs?
We cannot split the 2 designs to produce 50 pcs of each design. We will manufacture 50 pcs of each design.
Shipping and Orders
1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 2.5 to 3 weeks.
2. What is your payment method?
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favored method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are you a registered vendor in Gebiz?
Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.
Design
1. What are the accepted file formats?
We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

About Custom Mugs
1. What are the different materials used to make custom mugs?
We offer mugs in the following materials:
Ceramic: Ceramics are molded from clay and fired in an oven till the material hardens. Ceramic mugs are easily available, reasonably priced, and offer a lot of customization in terms of design.
Porcelain: Porcelain is a premium type of ceramic that has a high melting point while being a good insulator. This means that hot drinks remain hot for a longer time.
Stainless Steel: A great pick for travel mugs, stainless steel offers great insulation. It can easily handle both hot and cold drinks. Stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, unbreakable, and is highly durable.
Enamel: Enamel mugs are made of either cast iron or steel that is dipped in liquid enamel and fired under high temperatures in a kiln. These mugs are shatterproof, easy to clean, durable, good-looking, and lightweight.
