1. What is your minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity for the front and back sunshade is 500 pcs and for the door window sunshade is 1,000 pcs.

2. Can I split my order of 500 pcs -1000 pcs into 2 designs/types?

We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both types to produce 500 pcs -1000 pcs. We will manufacture 500 pcs -1000 pcs of each design of each type.

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, the turnaround time is 4-4.5 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred payment method, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are you a registered vendor in GEBIZ?

We are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi).

1. What are the available colors?

The sunshades are available in black, grey and white color.

2. Can I customize the color of the car sunshade?

Yes, you can customize the base color of the sunshade. The minimum order quantity will increase.

3. Can I print any design?

Yes, you can print any design on the sunshade, whether in a single location or all over the sunshade.

4. How are they packed?

Each car sunshade/screen is packed in an individual OPP bag. If you need any custom packaging please let us know.
