1. How many ways can a tubular bandana be worn?

One bandana, many looks. It can be worn as a headband, bandana, scarf, balaclava, neck gaiter, or face mask. This versatility is what makes it such a popular event giveaway — participants actually wear and keep it, giving your brand repeated visibility long after the event.

2. What sizes are available?

We offer two sizes — Adult and Kids. This makes the custom bandana a great choice for family-friendly events, school activities, and university campaigns where you need to cater to a mixed audience.

3. What material are the bandanas made from?

Our custom bandanas are made from 100% polyester. The material is lightweight, breathable, and soft to wear — making it especially suited for Singapore's hot and humid climate. It also dries quickly, which is ideal for outdoor and sporting events.

Design & Printing

1. Can I print my full brand design or logo on the bandana?

Yes. The entire surface of the bandana can be printed with your brand colours, logo, pattern, or custom artwork. We print in full colour, so there are no restrictions on the complexity or number of colours in your design.

2. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, and .EPS files with a minimum of 300 DPI.

3. I need help with my design. Can you help?

Yes! Our in-house designers can help you create or refine your artwork. When requesting a quote, just describe your design requirements in the message box and we'll take it from there.

Care & Maintenance

1. How do I wash the custom bandana?

You can hand wash or machine wash the bandanas in cold water with a mild detergent. If using a machine, select the gentle wash cycle to preserve the print quality and fabric.

2. Will the colours bleed when washed?

For bandanas with dark or vibrant colours, we recommend soaking the bandana in cold water with half a cup of white vinegar and half a cup of salt for 30 minutes before the first wash. This helps set the colours and prevents bleeding. After the first wash, normal cold-water washing is fine.

Orders & Minimum Quantity

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per identical bandana design.

2. Can I split my order of 50 pieces across 2 designs?

We cannot split 2 designs to produce 25 pieces of each. We will manufacture 50 pieces of each design separately.

Shipping & Payment

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proof, our turnaround time is 2 to 2.5 weeks. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

2. What are your payment methods?

We accept payment via Local Bank Transfer, PayNow, Debit/Credit Card, and PayPal. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred method and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are you a registered vendor on GeBIZ?

Yes, we are registered on GeBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GeBIZ portal.
