General Questions

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantity for custom tubular bandanas is 50 pcs for identical bandana design.

2. Can I split my order of 50 pcs into 2 designs?

We cannot split the 2 designs to produce 25 pcs of each design. We will manufacture 50 pcs of each design.

3. Do you offer a physical sample of the bandanas?

Presently, we don’t offer physical samples for bandanas.

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 14 days.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are you a registered vendor in Gebiz?

Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only in Singapore.

Design

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

About our Bandanas

1. What material do you use? Is the material soft?

Custom tubular bandanas are made from 100% polyester. The material is lightweight, breathable, and soft to touch and wear.

2. How to wash the bandana?

You can hand wash or machine wash (use gentle wash option) the bandanas in cold water with mild detergent.

3. Will the color bleed?

Some dark colors (red, blue, green) on cotton paisley bandanas may bleed. To prevent bleeding, soak the bandana in cold water with 1/2 cup white vinegar and 1/2cup salt, before first wash for 30 mins.
