General Questions
1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 50 pcs of identical pins.
2. Can I split my order of 25 pcs into 2 designs?
We cannot split the 2 designs to produce 25 pcs of each design. We will manufacture 50 pcs of each design.
3. What is the recommended size?
Most of our clients prefer a size between 2-8 cm.
4. What material are the Recycled Keychains made of?
Pins are made of Recycled Industrial waste plastic using 3D print technology.
Shipping and Orders
1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3 to 3.5 weeks.
2. What is your payment method?
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct e-transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.
Design
1. What are the accepted file formats?
We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)
2. I need help with my design. Can you help?
Our in-house designers can help you design your recycled pin. Please write to us to get started with great eye-catching designs.
Prototype
1. Can I get a physical prototype first, before I place my bulk order?
Once the order is confirmed, we will create a digital proof of each design and share an image of the same for your approval before proceeding with mass production.
If you want to produce a prototype before confirming the order, sampling charges are applicable. It depends upon the design. Share your design to get the sampling cost.
