1. What sizes are available?

Our standard round and cube stress balls are 7cm, and the heart shape is 6.5cm. Custom sizes are also available with a minimum order of 500 pieces. If you have a specific size in mind, let us know when requesting a quote.

2. What printing techniques are available?

We offer two printing methods. Silk Screen Printing is ideal for simple one to two-colour designs — it produces crisp, clean, and durable results and is the most cost-effective option. Heat Transfer Printing is suitable for complex, multi-coloured, or photographic designs and produces vibrant full-colour results. Do note that heat transfer prints may show some wear with very heavy or prolonged use.

Quality & Common Concerns

1. I am worried the stress ball will be too hard or too soft. What is the squeeze feel like?

Our standard stress balls are made from PU Foam (Polyurethane Foam) — a lightweight, soft material that compresses easily and springs back to its original shape quickly. Most people find PU foam stress balls satisfying to squeeze without being too resistant. If you need a firmer, more durable squeeze with a textured feel, we also offer TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber) material, which is more resilient for heavy, frequent use. TPR is priced at a premium over PU foam.

2. Are your stress balls safe?

Yes. Our stress balls are made from PU Foam or TPR material — both non-toxic and safe for general adult use in office and event environments. They are intended as promotional items for adults and older children, and are not suitable for very young children due to the risk of ingestion if the material is damaged.

3. Will the stress ball lose its shape over time?

PU Foam is designed with quick shape recovery — it bounces back to its original form after squeezing. With normal desk use, it retains its shape well over time. TPR material is even more resilient for frequent, heavy squeezing. Avoid exposing the stress ball to extreme heat or leaving it compressed for extended periods, as this can affect its recovery over time.

Design

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, and .EPS files with a minimum of 300 DPI.

2. I need help with my design. Can you help?

Yes! Our in-house designers can help you create or refine your artwork. When requesting a quote, just describe your design requirements in the message box and we'll take it from there.

Orders & Minimum Quantity

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity depends on the shape. Round stress balls start at 100 pieces. Cube and Heart shapes start at 500 pieces. Custom shapes start at 1,000 pieces. Each minimum applies per identical design.

2. Can I split my order across 2 designs or types?

We cannot mix designs or types to meet the minimum quantity. Each design and each shape type requires its own minimum order quantity.

Shipping & Payment

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proof, our turnaround time is 3 to 4 weeks. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

2. What are your payment methods?

We accept payment via Local Bank Transfer, PayNow, Debit/Credit Card, and PayPal. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred method and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are you a registered vendor on GeBIZ?

Yes, we are registered on GeBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GeBIZ portal.
