General Questions
1. What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 100 pcs of identical design.
2. Can I split my order of 100 pcs into 2 designs/types?
We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both types to produce 100 pcs. We will manufacture 100 pcs of each design of each type.
Shipping and Orders
1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 35 days -45 days.
2. What is your payment method?
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred payment method, and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are you a registered vendor in GEBIZ?
Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

1. What are the accepted file formats?
We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi).
2. I need help with my design. Can you help?
Yes, our in-house designers can help you design your car screen or sunshade. Please share your vision and idea to get started with great eye-catching designs.

1. What is the figurine made of?
The figurines are made from vinyl.
2. Can the figurines be made with other materials?
Yes, the figurines can be made from PVC, Resin, and Sofubi.
3. What size range can the figurines be made in?
The figurines can be made from 5cm to 160cm.
4. Can I get a physical prototype first, before I place my bulk order?
Once the order is confirmed, we will create a pre-production prototype of each design and share an image or video of the same, before proceeding with mass production.
If you want to produce a prototype before confirming the order, sampling charges are applicable. It depends upon the design. Share your design to get the sampling cost.
5. Are the figurines hand-painted?
The figurines are made using a combination of spray painting, pad printing, and hand painting, depending on the design and requirements.
