Fabrication Type
Fabrication determines how your design will be created on your custom socks. Based on your design, we can help you choose the right fabrication type.
Knitted/Jacquard
Have you seen beautifully knitted socks with graphic designs and patterns? They are Jacquard Knit socks; they are knitted with a traditional process which weaves your designs into the sock fabric.
If you have a clean, simple design or a repeating pattern, this is the sock to pick.
Dye Sublimation
The dye sublimation process involves creating a deep print of your design onto the sock’s fabric with heat transfer. Using this process, you can get socks with rich details of your design and long-lasting images with vibrant colors.
If you have a design that can’t be knitted directly onto the sock fabric, or have complex, colorful designs-pick this sock.
We offer both 180-degree and 360-degree dye sublimated socks.
Dye sublimated socks are more expensive than knitted socks.
Socks Length
We make socks in 4 sizes to meet all your custom socks requirements.
If you need socks with custom lengths, we can do it for you; you don’t need to stick to these standard sizes. Just let us know your preferred socks length.
No Show
Don’t want your socks to peep out? Pick no show socks-these are perfect for flats and low top shoes.
Quarter
Quarter socks come up to the ankle. Great match for sneakers.
Crew
Crew socks are the most popular socks size of them all. Your custom designs can be clearly visible on this size.
Knee Height
Knee Height socks ride all the way up to the knee. You can optimize your designs for this one, as it offers max coverage. Preferred by athletes and fashionistas alike.
Packaging
Forget dull and boring packaging! Make your custom socks stand out with vibrant packaging that resonates with your brand. Use your brand logo, colors and designs to customize socks packaging.
Hang Tag
Create stunning hang tags with custom backer paper. Attract attention to your socks with a quirky slogan, event details or doodles.
Sleeve
Protect your socks with sleeve packaging. You can customise the sleeve with artwork or your brand logo.

Product & Fabrication
1. What fabrication types are available for custom socks?
We offer two fabrication types. Knitted/Jacquard socks are made using a traditional weaving process that knits your design directly into the sock fabric — ideal for clean, simple designs and repeating patterns. Dye Sublimation socks use heat transfer to print your design deep into the fabric — producing rich, vibrant, and highly detailed results. This is the better choice for complex, multi-coloured designs that cannot be knitted. Dye sublimated socks are priced at a premium over knitted socks.
2. I am not sure whether to choose Knitted or Dye Sublimation. Can you help?
Yes. As a general guide — if your design is clean, simple, or has a repeating pattern, go for Knitted/Jacquard. If your design is complex, colourful, or has photographic detail, go for Dye Sublimation. If you are still unsure, describe your design when requesting a quote and our specialist socks team will recommend the best option for you.
3. How many colours can my custom socks have?
For Knitted/Jacquard socks, a maximum of 5 colours is recommended. Designs with more than 5 colours should either reduce the colour count or switch to Dye Sublimation printing. Gradient effects also do not translate well on knitted socks — for gradient designs, Dye Sublimation is the better choice.
4. What is the difference between 180-degree and 360-degree dye sublimation socks?
In 180-degree sublimation, the design is printed on the front and/or back of the sock. If design is needed on the sides, it may stagger slightly at the seams. In 360-degree sublimation, the design wraps around the entire sock almost seamlessly — even when stretched, the image remains vibrant with no white gaps. 360-degree sublimation offers greater design flexibility and is ideal for premium corporate swag, festive gifts, and highly branded merchandise. It is priced higher than the 180-degree option.
5. What lengths are available?
We offer four standard lengths — No Show (ideal for flats and low-top shoes), Quarter (ankle length, great for sneakers), Crew (most popular, best for showcasing custom designs), and Knee Height (maximum coverage, favoured by athletes and for bold design statements). Custom lengths are also available — just let us know your preferred length when requesting a quote.
7. What packaging options are available? We offer two popular packaging options. Hang Tags are custom backer cards attached to the socks, printed with your logo, slogan, or event details — a hook can also be added for easy display and retail hanging. Sleeve Packaging wraps the socks in a branded sleeve for a clean, retail-ready finish. We also offer fully customised packaging such as custom sock boxes. Simply describe your requirements when requesting a quote and our team will advise accordingly.
Design
1. What are the accepted file formats?
We accept .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, and .EPS files with a minimum of 300 DPI.
2. I need help with my design. Can you help?
Yes! Our in-house designers can help you create or refine your artwork. When requesting a quote, just describe your design requirements in the message box and we'll take it from there.
Orders & Minimum Quantity
1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 100 pairs per identical custom sock design.
2. Can I split my order of 100 pairs across 2 designs?
We cannot split 2 designs to produce 50 pairs of each. We will manufacture 100 pairs of each design separately.
3. Do you offer physical samples before production?
We do not offer physical samples for custom socks. However, before mass production begins, we will send you an image and video of a pre-production sample for your approval — so you can review the design, colours, and quality before the full order is manufactured.
Shipping & Payment
1. What is your production time?
Pre-production sampling takes 6 to 7 days, after which we will send you an image and video for approval. Once approved, mass production takes 15 to 17 days. The total end-to-end production time is approximately 3 to 3.5 weeks. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
2. What are your payment methods?
We accept payment via Local Bank Transfer, PayNow, Debit/Credit Card, and PayPal. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred method and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are you a registered vendor on GeBIZ?
Yes, we are registered on GeBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GeBIZ portal.
