General Questions
1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 100 pcs of identical design.
2. Can I split my order of 100 pcs into 2 designs/types?
We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both types to produce 100 pcs. We will manufacture 100 pcs of each design of each type.
Shipping and Orders
1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 2-2.5 weeks.
2. What is your payment method?-
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are you a registered vendor in GEBIZ?
We are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

1. What are the accepted file formats?
We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi).

About the Product
1. What are static stickers?
These are non adhesive stickers that rely on static cling making them easy to apply on any smooth surface.
2. Where can I paste the stickers?
You can paste static stickers on any smooth surface like glass, ceramics, laminated glossy plastic, etc.
3. Where can I not paste the stickers?
You cannot paste these stickers on textured spaces like wood, matt or textured plastic, stainless steel refrigerators, aluminum, fabric, walls, Styrofoam, fabric, etc.
4. Are the stickers water-resistant?
Yes, the car stickers are water resistant as well as water repellent.
5. How are they packed?
100 stickers are packed in OPP bags. Let us know if you need any custom packaging.
