General Questions

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 500 pcs of the identical mailer box design.

2. Can I split my order of 500 pcs into 2 designs?

We cannot split the 2 designs to produce 250 pcs of each design. We will manufacture 500 pcs of each design.

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3-3.5 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are you a registered vendor in Gebiz?

Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

Design

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

About Custom Mailer Boxes

1. What material do you use for custom mailer boxes?

We use corrugated fiberboard for our custom mailer boxes. The corrugated fiberboard comprises linerboard and heavy paper medium. Linerboard is the flat, outer surface that adheres to the medium. The medium is the wavy, fluted paper between the liners.

2. Are the mailer boxes recyclable?

Corrugated mailer boxes are recyclable. Corrugated boxes are often made from post-consumer materials such as other recycled corrugated boxes, making them one of the more environmentally friendly packaging materials, when disposed of correctly.

3. Are mailer boxes tamper-proof?

You can seal your custom mailer boxes using tape or labels. Your product, once sealed, cannot be removed without tearing the tape/label. If someone attempts to open the package in transit, it will be evident to the receiver of the mailer box.

4. What is the thickness of the mailer box?

We offer a single-wall corrugated fiberboard with an E flute (approx. 90 flutes per foot and measures 1/16" thick) as a standard. This works well for cosmetics, apparel, magazines, and other similar products.

On request, we can offer a double-wall (three sheets of linerboard with two mediums in between) fiberboard with an F flute. Pick this, if you are sending fragile glass, ceramics, books, and similar items.

5. What size of mailer boxes can you make?

You can choose custom mailer boxes in the dimensions that you need within the following ranges:

Length: 3" – 25"

Width: 2" – 25"

Depth: 1" – 15"

These sizes correspond to the mailer box’s interior. Depending on your requirement, you may want to add some clearance to each side to ensure that your products fit perfectly.
