1. What materials are available for the foldable reusable bags?

We offer two material options. Polyester is our economical option — lightweight, durable, and cost-effective, making it ideal for large-scale giveaways and events where budget is a key consideration. RPET (Recycled Polyester) is our eco-friendly option, made from recycled plastic bottles — a great choice for brands running sustainability campaigns or looking to communicate a genuine commitment to the environment. Both options can be fully customised with your logo, colours, and design.

2. What is RPET and why is it an eco-friendly choice?

RPET stands for Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate — a fabric made from recycled plastic bottles. Choosing RPET for your custom reusable bags means you are actively diverting plastic waste from landfills and oceans, and reducing the need for virgin plastic production. For brands running eco campaigns or sustainability activations, RPET is a strong and credible material choice that resonates with environmentally conscious consumers.

3. Can I customise the bag colour to match my brand?

Yes. The bags can be produced in custom colours to match your brand identity. Share your Pantone code when requesting a quote and we will find the nearest fabric match.

Customisation & Packaging

1. What printing methods are available?

We offer Silkscreen printing for one to two colour designs — crisp, cost-effective, and durable. Heat Transfer printing supports full-colour, complex, and multi-coloured designs and is ideal for detailed artwork or photography-based graphics.

Design

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, and .EPS files with a minimum of 300 DPI.

2. I need help with my design. Can you help?

Yes! Our in-house designers can help you create or refine your artwork. When requesting a quote, just describe your design requirements in the message box and we'll take it from there.

Orders & Minimum Quantity

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 500 pieces for polyester bags and 1,000 pieces for RPET bags, per identical design.

2. Can I split my order across 2 designs?

We cannot split 2 designs to meet the minimum order quantity. Each design requires its own minimum. For example, if you have 2 designs for polyester bags, the total order would be 1,000 pieces — 500 pieces of each design.

Shipping & Payment

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proof, our turnaround time is 2.5 to 3 weeks. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

2. What are your payment methods?

We accept payment via Local Bank Transfer, PayNow, Debit/Credit Card, and PayPal. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred method and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are you a registered vendor on GeBIZ?

Yes, we are registered on GeBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GeBIZ portal.
