General Questions

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 50 pcs of identical design.

2. Can I split my order of 50 pcs into 2 designs?

We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both type to produce 50 pcs in total. We will manufacture 50 pcs of each design of each type.

 

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3.5-4 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via PayNow, debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are your registered vendor in Gebiz?

Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

Design

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

Our in-house designers can help you design your custom yoga mat. When requesting for a quote please tell us your design requirements in the message box.

About the Product

1. Can I print my logo or design on the yoga mat?

Yes, you can add your brand logo, artwork or design anywhere on the mat.

2. What is the standard size for yoga mats?

The most common size is 183 cm × 61 cm i.e. 72 in × 24 in. We can also produce custom sizes as per your need.

3. What thickness options are available?

Thicknesses typically range from 3 mm to 8 mm as follows:

  • 3-4 mm

  • 5-6 mm

  • 7-8 mm

4. Are these yoga mats non-slip?

Yes, these yoga mats are designed with anti-slip textured surfaces for safe and stable use during practice. Material type affects the grip level- natural rubber and PVC offer the strongest traction.

5. How are these yoga mats packed?

Each yoga mat is usually packed in an OPP bag. Let us know if you need any custom packaging.
