Silk Screen Printing

Go for silk screen printing when:

  • You have a simple design with one or two colors.

  • Your base color is dark. Silkscreen printing will produce a more vibrant imprint.

  • You need long-lasting images and are okay with a lower resolution.

  • Suitable for both microfiber and cotton.

Heat Transfer Printing

Pick Heat Transfer Printing when:

  • Your design is complex and has multiple colors.

  • You need higher-quality images to last in the short run.

  • Suitable for Microfiber only.

Embroidered

Get your logo, design, or text embroidered on your custom tees.

  • Please ensure that the minimum thickness for shapes is 0.05” (1.3 mm)

  • You can combine up to 5 different color threads for your embroidered design.

General Questions

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 500 pcs of identical custom design.

2. Can I split my order of 500 pcs into 2 designs?

We cannot split the 2 designs to produce 500 pcs of each design. We will manufacture 500 pcs of each design.

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3 to 3.5 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favored method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are you a registered vendor in GEBIZ?

Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

Design

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

About Custom Towels

1. What is the thickness of custom towels?

We offer towels in various thicknesses ranging from 300 GSM and above.

The higher the GSM number, the denser the towel will be. Pick your towel thickness based on the expected usage. For example, GSM between 300-400 means lighter, thinner, and handier towels for the kitchen, gym, and even while traveling. GSM between 400 and 550 means a thicker, fluffy, medium-weight, absorbent towel. This grade is suitable for bath towels. GSM between 550 and 900 is for the heaviest and ultra-luxurious towels, which are also the softest and most absorbent. They are great if you wish to pamper yourself, hotel-style!

2. What is the size of the towel?

The standard size of the beach towel is 70cmX140 cm. You can customize the size as per your requirement.

3. What fabric would you recommend for a full-color logo?

Microfiber is the recommended fabric if you want to print a full-color logo on towels.

4. How are they packed?

Each towel is packed in individual OPP bags.
