1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 100 pcs of identical design.

2. Can I split my order of 100 pcs into 2 designs?

We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both type to produce 100 pcs in total. We will manufacture 100 pcs of each design of each type.

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 4-4.5 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via PayNow, debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favored method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are your registered vendor in Gebiz?

Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

1 . What is the standard size of table tennis paddle?

The standard table tennis paddle measure around 150-160 mm wide and 250-260 mm long (including handle).

2. What type of rubber can be used on the head?

We offer:

  • Pimple-in (smooth) rubber for more spin and control.

  • Pimple-out rubber for faster, flatter shots.

  • Plain (no rubber) for training or beginners.

3. Can I customize the colour of the rubber?

Yes, ITTF rules require red on one side and black on the other for official play, but for promotional or casual use we can offer blue, green, yellow, or custom-printed designs.

4. Can I print my brand logo or design on the head?

Yes, we offer full-surface printing under a protective layer so your logo or artwork remains vibrant even after extended use.

5. Is the head waterproof?

Plastic heads are completely waterproof, making them ideal for outdoor use. Wooden heads are sealed with protective lacquer to resist moisture.

6. Do you offer protective edging around the head?

Yes, we can add PVC or EVA edge tape to protect the blade from chipping and extend its lifespan.

Yes, we can produce solid colours, multi-layered wood tones, or fully custom patterns printed directly onto the handle surface.

10. Can I choose the rubber colour?

Yes, standard options are red and black (competition rules), but for promotional or recreational rackets we can offer custom colours such as blue, green, or your brand colour.

15. Can I get custom-printed balls with my brand logo?

Yes. We offer full-colour logo printing on one or both sides of the ball, perfect for brand promotions, events, or giveaways.
