1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 1 pc or 1 set of identical design.

2. Can I split my order of 100 and 500 pcs into 2 designs?

We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both type to produce 100 and 500pcs in total. We will manufacture 100 and 500 pcs of each design of each type.

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3-3.5 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via PayNow, debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are your registered vendor in Gebiz?

Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

Design

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

2. I need help with my design. Can you help?

Our in-house designers can help you design your custom sports bench. When requesting for a quote please tell us your design requirements in the message box.

About the Product

1. What craftsmanship is used to make these sports benches?

All benches are made of aluminum alloy profiles, which are then spray-painted for the finish.

2. What is the spraying process like?

The spray-painting process uses a dedicated line: automated spraying first, followed by manual touch-up.

3. Is it weather-resistant and anti-corrosive for outdoor use?

Yes, the benches are suitable for all-weather use.

4. Can I customise the colour of the sports benches?

Custom colours are available, but changing the production color will add additional machine washing fees, and colour adjustment fees may apply if a custom color tone is required.

5. What are the available in-stock colour options?

We offer three colors for your selection : standard green, white and wood-grain colours.

6. How many people can one bench accommodate approximately?

Each standard bench is approximately 1.8 meters long and 4 adults can sit comfortably.

7. Is the paint waterproof?

Yes, the surface is treated with waterproof coating.

8. How many packages are there?

The product comes in two packages: a seat board and a feet.

9. Can the sports benches be paired with sunshades?

Yes, the sports benches can be matched with sunshades, which are available for purchase as supporting accessories.

10. Do you provide installation instructions？

Yes, we will provide you with the installation manual.
