1. What printing and customisation styles are available?

We offer several styles to suit different aesthetics and budgets. Silk Screen Printing allows full-colour printing across the band — an economical option for vibrant, colourful designs, though the colours may fade with prolonged heavy use. Debossed style has your logo or text pressed into the band for a clean, engraved look. Debossed with Colour Fill adds colour inside the debossed area for greater visibility and contrast. Embossed style raises your logo or text above the surface of the band for a bold, 3D effect.

2. Can I print on both the inside and outside of the wristband?

Yes. You can print your ogo or message on the outer side only, or on both the outer and inner sides of the band. This is a great option for adding a secondary message, event date, or website on the inner side.

3. How many colours can I use in my design?

We offer 1-colour, 2-colour, and 3-colour printing options, as well as full-colour printing for designs with a wide range of colours. Full-colour printing is done using silk screen printing. If you have a specific Pantone colour you need matched, let us know when requesting a quote.

4. Can I customise the size and thickness of the wristband?

Yes. Custom sizes and thickness are available. Our standard wristbands come in adult and child sizes. If you need something specific — such as a wider band for more print space or a slimmer band for a sleeker look — please mention your requirements when requesting a quote.

5. Are your wristbands waterproof and suitable for outdoor events?

Yes. Silicone is a waterproof, durable material that holds up well in outdoor conditions, rain, and humid environments — making custom made wristbands a practical choice for festivals, marathons, beach events, and any outdoor campaign.

6. Are your silicone wristbands latex-free and safe to wear?

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, and .EPS files with a minimum of 300 DPI.

2. I need help with my design. Can you help?

Yes! Our in-house designers can help you create or refine your artwork. When requesting a quote, just describe your design requirements in the message box and we'll take it from there.

Orders & Minimum Quantity

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per identical design.

2. Can I split my order of 100 pieces across 2 designs?

We cannot split 2 designs to produce 50 pieces of each. We will manufacture 100 pieces of each design separately.

Shipping & Payment

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proof, our turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

2. What are your payment methods?

We accept payment via Local Bank Transfer, PayNow, Debit/Credit Card, and PayPal. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred method and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are you a registered vendor on GeBIZ?

Yes, we are registered on GeBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GeBIZ portal.
