General Questions

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 200 pcs of identical design.

2. Can I split my order of 200 pcs into 2 designs?

We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both type to produce 200 pcs in total. We will manufacture 200 pcs of each design of each type.

 

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3.5-4 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via PayNow, debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are your registered vendor in Gebiz?

Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

Design

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

2. I need help with my design. Can you help?

Standard sizes fit most cups which are as follows:

Yes, you can customise the colour of the cup sleeves as per your branding needs.

3. Are the sleeves washable?

Yes, canvas, polyester and neoprene cup sleeves are washable and reusable. Hand wash recommended for longer durability.

4. How these cup sleeves are packed?

The cup sleeve is packed in OPP bags. Let us know if you need any custom packaging.
