1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 100 pcs of identical design.

2. Can I split my order of 100 pcs into 2 designs?

We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both type to produce 100 pcs in total. We will manufacture 100 pcs of each design of each type.

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3.5-4 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via PayNow, debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are your registered vendor in Gebiz?

Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

The bottle body is made from 100% food-grade silicone, while the cap and nozzle are typically made from plastic. The wrist strap is usually elastic nylon or adjustable fabric.

2. Is the silicone food-grade and BPA-free?

Yes, the portable wrist water bottle are up made of BPA-free, non-toxic, food-grade silicone.

3. What color options are available?

Standard colour options depends on the avaibility which usually include:

  • Translucent Black

  • Iron Grey

  • White

However, custom pantone colours are available for bulk orders with higher MOQ.

4. Is the bottle leak-proof?

Yes, the bottle is designed with a secure screw cap and sealed nozzle to prevent leakage during running or sports activities.

5. Is it suitable for hot liquids?

We recommend it for cold and room temperature beverages only. It is not typically marketed for hot liquids.

Yes, the portable wrist water bottle has a silicone body that is soft, flexible and squeezable, making it comfortable to wear and easy to drink from during exercise.
