1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 100 pcs of identical design.

2. Can I split my order of 100 pcs into 2 designs?

We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both type to produce 100 pcs in total. We will manufacture 100 pcs of each design of each type.

 

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3.5-4 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via PayNow, debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are your registered vendor in Gebiz?

Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

1. What materials are these portable blenders made of?

  • Cup/Bottle: Food-grade tritan or PC plastic

  • Blades: Stainless steel

  • Base: ABS plastic or silicone-coated ABS plastic (as per your need and model)

  • Seals: Food-grade silicone

2. Are these blenders safe for drinking and food use?

Yes, all components in contact with food are made with BPA-free, food-grade materials.

3. How do I operate the blender?

  • Add fruits/liquids

  • Close the lid securely

  • Double-press the power button

  • Wait 30-40 seconds until the blend is complete

4. How long does it take to fully charge the portable blender?

Full charging time is typically 2-3 hours, depending on the model.

5. How long does the portable blender run on a full charge?

A fully charged blender can usually run for 8-12 blending cycles, depending on the battery size and thickness of the ingredients.

6. What type of charging port do these portable blenders use?

Most models come with a USB or Type-C charging port, making them convenient for travel.

7. Can these blenders crush ice?

They can crush small ice cubes or partially melted ice. Large hard ice cubes are not recommended as it can even damage the product.

8. Can these cup lids be used for hot and cold drinks?

Yes, they are suitable for both hot beverages and cold drinks.

9. How much capacity can each blender hold?

  • Classic Blender: approx. 350ml - 400ml

  • Bottle Blender: approx. 400ml - 450ml

10. Can I blend hot liquids?

We recommend only cold or room-temperature ingredients. Blending hot liquids may damage the blender or cause leakage.

11. How do I clean the portable blender?

Fill the cup with water, add a drop of soap to it, press the power button for self-cleaning, rinse thoroughly and let it dry. Do not submerge the motor base in water.

12. Can I use these blenders while they are charging?

No. For safety reasons, most portable blender models do not operate while charging.
