1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 10 sets of identical design.

2. Can I split my order of 10 sets into 2 designs?

We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both type to produce 10 sets in total. We will manufacture 10 sets of each design of each type.

 

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 5-5.5 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via PayNow, debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favored method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are your registered vendor in Gebiz?

Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

4. Are the cards of standard poker size?

Yes, the playing cards are of standard poker size i.e. 2.5" x 3.5" and can also be customised with your logo or design.
