1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 200 pcs of identical design.

2. Can I split my order of 200 pcs into 2 designs?

We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both type to produce 200 pcs in total. We will manufacture 200 pcs of each design of each type.

 

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3.5-4 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via PayNow, debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are your registered vendor in Gebiz?

Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

Design

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

A custom phone wallet is an adhesive card holder that sticks to the back of a mobile phone or phone case. It is designed to hold essential cards such as credit cards, debit cards, IDs, or access cards and can be customised with your brand logo or design for promotional use.

2. How does the phone wallet attach to the phone?

The wallet uses a strong self-adhesive backing, typically:

  • 3M adhesive or equivalent high-bond adhesive

  • Peel and stick directly to the phone or phone case

Once attached properly, it stays firmly in place under normal daily use.

3. Can the phone wallet be removed after sticking?

Yes, the wallet can be removed carefully. However:

  • Adhesive strength may reduce after removal

  • Re-usability depends on the adhesive type

It is recommended to stick it permanently for best performance.

The standard size is approx 85-90 mm*55-60 mm with a thickness of 2-4 mm. Sizes are designed to fit standard credit and debit cards.

5. Can I customise the base colour of the phone wallet?

Yes, you can customise the base colour of the phone wallet as per your branding needs.

Yes, the phone wallet is compatible with:

Not recommended for phones with:

  • Textured or uneven backs
