1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 200 pcs of identical design.

2. Can I split my order of 200 pcs into 2 designs?

We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both type to produce 200 pcs in total. We will manufacture 200 pcs of each design of each type.

 

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3.5-4 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via PayNow, debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are your registered vendor in Gebiz?

Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

The custom microfiber cleaning cloths are made from high-quality microfiber fabric which is typically 80% polyester and 20% polyamide- known for its ultra-soft, lint-free texture that safely cleans all types of screens, lenses and glasses without scratching.

2. Can I print my logo or brand design on the cloth?

Yes, you can print your logo, pattern, or message in single or multiple colours on the cloth.

3. What edge finishes can I choose from?

You can select from:

  • Zigzag edges: classic and economical

  • Hemmed / stitched edges: premium and durable

  • Ultrasonic cut edges: seamless and sleek

4. What colours are available?

You can choose from standard in-stock colours or request custom pantone colour shades. Both cloth and pouch can be made in your desired colour.

5. Are microfiber cloths safe for all surfaces?

Yes, microfiber is non-abrasive and scratch-free, making it safe for delicate surfaces like glasses, camera lenses, phone screens, laptops, tablets etc.
