1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 100 pcs of identical design.

2. Can I split my order of 100 pcs into 2 designs?

We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both type to produce 100 pcs in total. We will manufacture 100 pcs of each design of each type.

 

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3.5-4 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via PayNow, debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are your registered vendor in Gebiz?

Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

The product is made from high-density knitted polyester. The fabric is soft, flexible, stretchable and durable.

3. Is the fabric stretchable?

Yes. The ribbed knit construction allows the pouch to expand and snugly hold different phone sizes while maintaining its shape.

4. Does it have a closure or flap?

No, this design features an open-top stretch fit. The elasticity of the knitted fabric holds the phone securely in place without buttons, zippers, or magnets.

5. What phone sizes does it support?

It fits most smartphones up to 6.7 inches, including:

  • iPhone (Standard, Pro, Pro Max models)

  • Samsung Galaxy series

  • Google Pixel

  • Other similarly sized smartphones

It can also hold slim phone cases.

6. What colours are available?

We offer a range of in-stock colours based on the availability. The stated MOQ applies to these existing in-stock colour options. For custom pantone colour matching, a higher minimum order quantity (MOQ) is required, as the fabric needs to be specially dyed and produced according to your specified shade.

7. Is it comfortable to wear?

Yes, the soft knitted strap distributes weight evenly and feels lightweight around the neck or across the body.

8. Can it be worn crossbody?

Yes, the longer version is suitable for crossbody wear, while the shorter version is designed for neck wear.

9. Is the phone secure inside the knitted phone pocket?
