1. What is your minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 500 pcs of identical design.

2. Can I split my order of 500 pcs into 2 designs/types?

You cannot split the 2 designs or mix both types to produce 500 pcs in total. We will manufacture 500 pcs of each design of each type.

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, the turnaround time is 3-4 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favored payment method, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are you a registered vendor in GEBIZ?

We are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi).

About the Product

1. Can I customize the color of the solid cosmetic bag?

You can customize the color as per your brand color. Share the required Pantone code of the color you want and we will find the nearest fabric match.

2. Do you have tinted transparent bags?

Yes, we can provide you with colored transparent bags too. The minimum order quantity will increase for tinted transparent bags and it is subject to availability. Share the required color and our team will assist you.

3. What other customization is possible?

You can customize the color of the bag, the size/ shape of the bag, the zipper slider type and color, or print your logo on zipper sliders. For solid bags, you can also customize the material. The minimum order quantity will vary depending on the type of customization requested.

4. How many colors can I print?

You can print as many colors as you want.
