General Questions

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 10 pcs of identical design.

2. Can I split my order of 10 pcs into 2 designs?

We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both type to produce 10 pcs in total. We will manufacture 10 pcs of each design of each type.

 

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3-3.5 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via PayNow, debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are your registered vendor in Gebiz?

Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

About the Product

1. What is a custom car charger?

A custom car charger is a portable charging device that plugs into a vehicle’s 12V/24V socket (cigarette lighter port) to charge your phone, tablet, or even laptop (with high watt chargers). It can be branded with your logo, design, or colour theme, making it perfect for brand promotions.

2. What types of charging ports are available?

You can choose from:

  • Single Port: USB-A or USB-C.

  • Dual Port: USB-A + USB-C combination.

  • Multi-Port: Up to 3–5 ports for charging multiple devices at once.

3. Is it compatible with all vehicles/cars?

Yes, these car chargers are universally compatible with all 12V and 24V vehicles, including cars, SUVs, vans and trucks.

4. Can it charge laptops?

Yes, the 60W and 95W PD (power delivery) car chargers can charge most USB-C laptops, including MacBook Air, MacBook Pro (13" and ultrabooks. The 30W version supports light laptops and tablets for emergency charging.

5. What colour options are available?

We offer black and white coloured car chargers. However, it can be in custom colours to match your brand identity but the MOQ will be 500 pcs.

6. Does it support fast charging?

Absolutely, almost all our models support quick charge (QC3.0) and power delivery (PD) protocols for fast and efficient charging.

7. Is it safe to use in all cars?

Yes, each charger includes built-in protection against overheating, over-current, over-voltage and short-circuit damage. It’s completely safe for use in all vehicles.
