1. What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 500 pcs of identical design.
2. Can I split my order of 500 pcs into 2 designs/types?
You cannot split the 2 designs or mix both types to produce 500 pcs in total. We will manufacture 500 pcs of each design of each type
Shipping and Orders
1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proofs, the turnaround time is 3-4 weeks.
2. What is your payment method?
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favored payment method, and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are you a registered vendor in GEBIZ?
We are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

1. What are the accepted file formats?
We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi).

About the Product
1. How many colors can I print?
You can print any number of colors as you want. Printing technique shall be selected based on the logo colors and complexity of the logo. For example, for simple and single-color logos, silk screen printing is a great option. For overall coverage with a multicolored logo, 3D printing is a great option.
2. Do beer growlers come in other capacities too?
Yes. The growler size can range anything between 0.5l to 2l. Please share your requirements and the team will assist you further.
3. Can I customize the color of the flask?
Yes, you can customize the color of the flask to match your branding.
4. What is the material?
The material for the beer growler is Food Grade 18/8 Stainless steel.
