1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces for PVC rubber mats and 500 pieces for silicone mats.
2. Can I split my order of 100 pcs / 500 pcs into 2 designs/ types?
We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both types to produce 100 pcs / 500 pcs in total. We will manufacture 100 pcs / 500 pcs of each design of each type.

1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3-4 weeks.
2. What is your payment method?
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are you a registered vendor in GEBIZ?
We are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

1. What are the accepted file formats?
We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi).

Yes, you can customize the size and shape. The minimum order quantity may increase depending on the size and shape shared.
2. How are they packed?
Each mat will be packed in an OPP bag.
3. Can I print any design?
You can print any design. Please share your design for us to review the production feasibility.
4. How much bleed space is there between patterns?
For better results, we recommend a space of 5mm to 6mm for patterns on bar mats. Avoiding excessive space ensures a stable surface for placing products, minimizing the risk of glass or bottle falls.
5. Which is better PVC or Silicone?
PVC Rubber mats are more economical and widely used in the bar industry, while silicone mats offer high heat resistance, ideal for places where the temperature is high. PVC Rubber mats are more suitable where the use of heated utensils is not required.
6. Can I customize the pattern on the mats?
Yes, the pattern can be customized. The minimum order quantity can vary depending on the pattern and design.
7. Can we customize the shape of the bar mats?
Yes, we can make custom shapes. The minimum order quantity will increase depending upon the design.
8. What is the Resin 3D filling effect?
Resin patterns are created by filling crystal resin into molds, eliminating the need for printing in this process and providing a dimensional design on bar mats.
9. What is UV Printing?
In UV printing, the molds for the mats are created first, and then printing is done on top of them just like other products.
