1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 100 pcs of identical design.

2. Can I split my order of 100 pcs into 2 designs?

We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both type to produce 100 pcs in total. We will manufacture 100 pcs of each design of each type.

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 4-4.5 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via PayNow, debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are your registered vendor in Gebiz?

Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

About the Product

1. What is a custom acrylic pin display board?

A custom acrylic pin display board is a premium display solution designed to showcase enamel pins, lapel pins, badges and brooches in an organised and visually appealing way.

2. What materials are used in the pin display board?

The pin display board is made using:

  • Front and Back Panel: Clear acrylic sheet

  • Pin Holding Base: High-density black felt / EVA foam / velvet fabric

The black backing enhances pin visibility and prevents scratches.

3. Is the black base magnetic or foam-based?

The black insert is usually high-density felt or EVA foam, not magnetic. Pins are held securely by pushing the pin needle through the felt/foam layer. However, optional magnetic layers can be added on request for magnetic pin use.

4. Is this acrylic pin display board single-sided or double-sided?

We offer both options:

  • Single-Side Display: Pins can be added only on the front side

  • Double-Side Display: Pins can be displayed on both front and back sides

Both options are customisable based on your requirement.

5. How does the double-sided pin display work?

In double-sided display boards:

  • Pins can be inserted from both sides independently.

  • A separate felt/foam/magnetic layer is provided on each side.

  • Acrylic panels are spaced using stand-off screws to allow pin thickness.

This allows you to display twice the number of pins in the same board.

6. How do I add pins on the back side of the display board?

To add pins on the back side:

  • Open or remove the acrylic cover (if removable)

  • Insert the pin needle into the rear felt/foam panel/magnetic sheet

  • Secure with the pin clutch or butterfly back

  • Re-assemble the acrylic panel

No special tools are required.

7. Will pins on one side affect pins on the other side?

No, in double-sided pin display boards, each side has independent backing layers, ensuring pins do not clash or damage each other.

8. How many pins can one board hold?

Pin capacity depends on:

  • Board type

  • Board size

  • Grid layout

  • Pin size

On average:

  • A4 board: 15-30 pins

  • A3 board: 30-60 pins

  • Custom size board: As per the size

9. Can the layout or grid be customised?

Yes, you can customise the layout or grid:

  • Grid shape (square / rounded / free layout)

  • Spacing between pin slots

  • Orientation (portrait or landscape)

10. Can the board be wall-mounted?

Yes, each pin display board comes with wall mounting holes as well as stand-off screw mounting to place it on a flat surface.

11. What thickness of acrylic is used?

Common acrylic thickness option includes: 3 mm, 4 mm or 5 mm as per your needs.

12. Is this suitable for enamel pins, lapel pins and badges?

Yes, it is suitable for hard enamel pins, soft enamel pins, lapel pins, metal badges, collectible pins etc.
